REAL ESTATE WEALTH DEVELOPMENT GROUP (“REWD Group”)
An ever-expanding property investment and development business, established in 2018 by Co-Founders Laurie Duncan and Alex Robertson.
We work with private investors – ie. clients with money in the bank (or equity in other assets) that are interested to have their money working for them.
We provide a range of investment opportunities including fixed returns for cash loaned to fund REWD group projects.

On the project side, we regenerate neglected properties, both residential and commercial, to bring properties back to life. In doing so, we create high quality living accommodation to help remedy the shortage in the UK housing market, as well as providing much improved stocks to the growing demand for the rental market.
From our multi-million-pound rental portfolio, to our serviced accommodation facilities, and our major developments, REWD Group is all about creating long-term wealth for our investors and shareholders, by solving some of the fundamental problems associated with the UK housing market.
