Since the start of Real Estate Wealth Development (REWD) Group, we have built up a residential Buy-To-Let portfolio of over 250 properties across Scotland, with a £13.5m asset value and a gross monthly rent roll of over £100,000.  We have achieved this level of growth by utilising funding from private individuals as well as commercial banks.  With new funding support, we are confident to repeat (or surpass) this level of growth over the next 3-year period.  Ultimately, over a 10-12 year period, we expect this growth multiplier to repeat several times.

As we grow, our level of capital appreciation grows with us.  We mainly purchase to have the ability to recycle cash and for cashflow, so whilst capital appreciation is not a critical part of our investment analysis it is something to factor in over time.  On average, in Scotland, property prices are doubling every 10-12 years, so we expect our asset value to (at least) double during that period.

As well as our own efforts to create more housing stock, we also educate others to do as we do, and help them along the journey, every step of the way.  Since the creation of REAL Property Scotland, we have educated and assisted over 100 people to achieve goals they never believed were possible.  The more people we educate, the more people can contribute to the solution for the problem, which ultimately reduces the timeframe and increases the productivity of our operation.
